Usage Policy
Usage Policy
Version 1.0
Last revised on: October 16, 2026
This Usage Policy forms part of the Terms of Use of Luvi Technologies, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us" and "our"). It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including through the API, our MCP server, integrations and AI assistants, and to the users of any application built on the Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use. If you breach this Usage Policy, we may take the actions described in Section 7 below and in Section 8 of the Terms of Use.
1. BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY
Design Content is AI-generated visualization. It is not construction documentation or professional advice (Section 6.2 of the Terms of Use). You must not:
- use Design Content as construction drawings, as a permit or other regulatory submission, as structural or engineering calculations, or as the basis for any Building Work, unless appropriately qualified and licensed professionals have designed, reviewed and approved that work;
- use Design Content to decide whether a building or structure is safe, structurally sound, compliant with building codes or other rules, or fit to occupy;
- remove, move, cut, add or alter any wall, column, beam, slab, foundation or other load-bearing or structural element, or any gas, electrical, plumbing, ventilation or fire-safety system, on the basis of Design Content;
- use the Services as a safety component of any system, or in any application where a failure or error could lead to death, personal injury, or serious damage to property or the environment;
- present Design Content as certified, stamped, approved or permit-ready, as having been prepared or checked by a licensed professional when it was not, or as having been reviewed or approved by Company; or
- remove or obscure the warnings or AI markings that accompany Design Content when you pass it on to others.
If you use the Services as an architect, engineer, designer, contractor or other professional, you remain responsible for applying your professional judgment to everything you deliver, and you are accountable for it to your clients.
2. REAL ESTATE AND TRUTHFUL REPRESENTATION
- If you use Output to market, sell or rent a property, you must disclose that the images are AI-generated, virtually staged or digitally altered wherever the law, a listing service or a platform requires it, and wherever a reasonable buyer or tenant could otherwise be misled.
- You must not use the Services to hide, remove or misrepresent defects or conditions of a property (for example, cracks, damp, water damage or structural problems), or to depict features, views, sizes or finishes that the property does not have, in order to mislead buyers, tenants, lenders, insurers or authorities.
- You must not use Output as evidence of the condition of a property, for example in an insurance claim, a dispute or an inspection.
3. AI DISCLOSURE AND PROVENANCE
- You must not present Output as a real photograph or as human-made where that would mislead others.
- You must not remove, alter or obscure any watermark, Content Credentials, metadata or other information that identifies Output as AI-generated, where that would mislead others or breach the law.
- Where the law requires you to disclose that content is artificially generated or manipulated (for example, realistic images of real people, places or events), you must do so.
- You must not create realistic images or videos of real, identifiable people without their consent, or depict them in a false, harmful or sexual way.
4. CONTENT POLICY
You agree not to use the Services to (or attempt to) create, generate, upload, share, transmit, display, collect or distribute any User Content or Output that:
- is not PG-rated;
- could cause harm;
- is harmful to minors in any way;
- promotes discrimination, racism, bigotry, harassment, hatred or harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- promotes self-harm;
- is invasive of anyone's privacy;
- is illegal, unlawful, defamatory or libelous;
- violates anyone's rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
- is otherwise harassing, exploitative, abusive, tortious, threatening, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, violent, false or intentionally misleading, or in promotion of any such activity; or
- may reasonably be found to be objectionable to a Luw AI community desiring to abide by the above.
5. YOUR INPUTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PRIVACY
- Only upload content that you own or have permission to use, including photographs, plans and models of properties, and only with the permission of the owner or occupant of a property where that is required.
- Do not upload images of identifiable people without their consent, government-issued identification, or other sensitive personal information, and do not use the Services to identify people from their images.
- Do not use prompts or reference images designed to reproduce a specific copyrighted work, a protected design or a trademark that you have no right to use.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Services any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data; (ii) send through the Services unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise; (iii) use the Services to harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services (or to other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Services), whether through password mining or any other means; (vi) harass or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Services; (vii) attempt to bypass our safety filters, usage limits or other protective measures; (viii) use the Services or Output to build, train or improve any artificial intelligence model or any competing product or service; or (ix) use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on the Services, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to (or to strip, scrape, or mine data from) the Services, except through the API, MCP server and other integrations we make available and in accordance with their documentation and usage limits (provided, however, that we conditionally grant to the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from our public websites for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials, subject to the parameters set forth in our robots.txt file).
7. MODERATION, REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT
7.1. How we moderate. We use automated filters and human review to detect content and activity that breach the Terms of Use or this Usage Policy. A filter may block a prompt or a result before it is produced; a blocked request is not, by itself, a breach of this Usage Policy. When we find a breach, we may, depending on its seriousness and on whether it is repeated, remove or restrict access to content, remove content from the Explore page, limit features, suspend or terminate your Account under Section 8 of the Terms of Use, or report the matter to law enforcement authorities where the law requires or allows it.
7.2. Reporting content. Anyone can report content on the Services that they believe is illegal or breaches this Usage Policy, by e-mail to support@luvi.io or through any reporting feature in the Services. Please include: an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or in breach; the exact location of the content (for example, its URL); your name and e-mail address (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material); and a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete. We will review reports in a timely, diligent and objective manner and will tell you what we decided. Copyright complaints may also be sent as described in Section 9 of the Terms of Use.
7.3. If we act on your content. If we remove or restrict your content, or suspend or terminate your Account, we will tell you what we did and why, including the rule concerned and whether automated means were used, unless the law prevents us or the content is deceptive high-volume commercial content. If you disagree with a decision, reply to our message or write to support@luvi.io within six months, and a person will review it.
7.4. Misuse of reporting. We may stop processing reports from people who frequently submit reports that are manifestly unfounded.
8. CHANGES
We may update this Usage Policy as described in Section 10.1 of the Terms of Use.
